Sharon Nebbio sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 2520 S. Darien St., in South Philadelphia, to Tim Chen for $75,000 on Sept. 22. The two-story home has 860 square feet of living space.

Two hundred ninety-two similar homes in the area sold for between $80,000 and $160,000 during the past year.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 458 home sales in South Philadelphia during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $120,000.
