Joel Dukart bought a two-bedroom, three-bath condo at 1701 Locust St. in Center City West from Sod Real Estate LP for $725,000 on Dec. 8.

Sod Real Estate LP acquired the property in July 2008. The 1,614-square-foot condo, Unit 1702, is part of The Warwick condominium development, built in 1900 and located in the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District.

Dukart is a partner at Dukart Management Corp. Previously, he was an associate director at CBS Sports.

He attended Cornell University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 272 home sales in Center City West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $335,000.
