The 2,500-square-foot townhouse in the Rittenhouse-Fitler Historic District was built in 1860.

Mr. Eifler is an assistant vice president at Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC. Previously, he served as a talent strategy associate at Lehman Brothers and as an associate project manager at National Analysts Worldwide.

He has a B.A. in psychology and communications from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Therien is a professor in the department of chemistry at Duke University.

Dr. Therien practices radiology in Philadelphia.

She graduated from the Semmelweis University of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 410 home sales in Center City West during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $389,417.
