Colin T. Gillespie sold a condo at 2033 Arch St. in Center City West to Christina Glaster and Sean Donohue for $437,750 on Dec. 17.

The condo, Unit #DR6L, is 1,540-square-foot in size and part of the Appletree Mews condo development, which was built in 1980.

Dr. Gillespie is a critical care practitioner, internist and pulmonologist at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is also affiliated with Chester County Hospital and Pennsylvania Hospital University PA Health System.

He obtained his M.D. from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been no condo sales in Center City West during the past 12 months.
