Yoon is a chief law clerk at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

He previously was a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, a deputy judicial clerk III for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and a legal assistant at Dechert LLP.

He attended the University of Pennsylvania and the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
