Jaime L. Pearlstine bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 1903 Green St. in Philadelphia to Ri Sook and Lucy Lee for $400,000 on Nov. 3.
The Lees paid $384,900 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 1,200-square-foot Unit #8 was built in 1900 in the Fairmount neighborhood and is part of the Gardens on Green Street condominium development.
Pearlstine is director of development operations at Children's Crisis Treatment Center, a private non-profit agency specializing in providing behavioral health services to Philadelphia's children and their families.
She also worked as events and special programs manager at CCTC.
Prior to that, she was an event and marketing coordinator at Easter Seals South Florida and was a marketing intern at The New Republic.
She attended the American University-Kogod School of Business.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 839 condo sales in Philadelphia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $276,750.
