Hematologist lists Wharton townhome

Dr. Mark Y. Chiang has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome at 1231 Kater St. in Philadelphia for $369,000.
Janet Margolies of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors is the listing agent. Dr. Chiang bought the property for $193,000 in February 2003. The 1,060-square-foot house was built in 1960 in the Wharton neighborhood.
Dr. Chiang is a hematologist in Philadelphia and is affiliated with Pennsylvania Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
He received his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2001.
