Dr. Martins is a gastroenterologist with an office in Philadelphia.

He received his M.D. from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed both his internship and residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He served his fellowship at University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 202 condo sales in Center City East during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $315,000.
