Alycia Lane sold the two-bedroom condo Unit #1SE at 227 S. Sixth St. in Center City East to Paul S. Robbins for $900,000 on Sept. 11.

Lane paid $674,787 for the property in Dec. 2004.

The 1,936-square-foot condo Unit #1SE built in 1900 is in the Society Hill Historic District subdivision.

Lane is a television journalist who serves as weekend anchor and general assignment reporter at KNBC-TV in Los Angeles.

Previously she served as co-anchor of the weekday evening newscasts on KYW-TV in Philadelphia. She has served as a Washington, D.C. based reporter for KSNT in Topeka, Kansas, was an anchor and reporter at News 12 the Bronx in New York and served as a reporter for Fox affiliate WSVN and NBC-owned WTVJ in Miami and at NBC affiliate KNBC in Los Angeles.

She earned her master's in broadcast journalism from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

The condo is in the Locust Walk At Washington Square.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 26 condo sales in Center City East during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
